Hoon, I believe you can find your zero point, the with Allen key, back out set screw for dial and set to zero.

Love your using of breville barrissta espresso machines which most people I know use. 1 question about the puck paper. I think you said it reduces crema a little. Does that change the taste much?

@Hoon's Coffee guess the mignon zero does not vibrate like the oro because it's not slanted. Also the bellow is it easy to knock off?

Hi Hoon I've noticed you don't use the puck screen with the Breville is this because you are using the paper in the porterfilter also you start the grinder before you drop the beans is this because of popcorning .
