You will need to take test to get their nursing certificate. Most companies offering these visa sponsorships help prepare their foreign workers coming from outside UK for the test/exam.

There's no red list anymore. One don't have to do a Covid-19 test to come to the UK or Quarantine in arrival or fill any passenger locator form. UK remove everything since mid March.
