Ingredients for 4 - 5 servings
500 grams of white beans, either canned or dry soaked in water for at least 12 hours
1 - 2 regular onions
3 cloves of garlic
200 grams of bacon
1 tablespoon tomato paste
300 milliliters of tomato passata
400 grams of diced tomatoes
300 milliliters vegetable broth
500 grams of pork cutlet
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika powder
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Mit weißen Bohnen habe ich es noch nicht probiert, bei mir kommen meist dicke Bohnen aus dem Glas rein. Das Gericht geht relativ schnell, die Zutaten sind in der Regel immer zu Hause (... zumindest bei mir!) und es passt sehr gut zu Quetsch-Kartoffeln, bzw. Kartoffeln aller Art. Aber auch Reis schmeckt sehr gut dazu.
Einfach ein gutes Rezept!
