I’m a lifelong NJ resident. My MIL built a townhouse in NMB for $75,000 about 25 years ago! My wife and I built a 4bd/2ba house on a half acre lot 3 years ago near Little River for just over $200k. Thank goodness that we didn’t wait! I see the prices have risen dramatically! When we were looking at lots and houses, everything was still well under $300k! 😳

That's an excellent question. In Waterbridge phase 1 are all custom homes, you have the option to buy land and hire your own builder. However, in phase 2, Chesapeake Homes has taken charge and is responsible for construction in that section of Waterbridge.
