Luxury vs Affordable Water Resistant Mascaras. Which formula is better.
Today, I’m comparing two tubular mascara formulas one-to-one with different price tags. One is expensive, luxurious and the other is affordable. I also do a wear test to see which mascara performs better throughout the day. At the end of the day, I show how easy tubular formulas are to take off without ruining your lashes with only warm water.

Hourglass is my favorite mascara. I get length and volume and stays put until I take it off. It's so easy and fast to remove the mascara. I used to spend lots of time removing mascara even with the help of makeup removers, and the irritation to my eyes and eyelids was annoying. I'm so glad I started searching for tubing mascaras and after trying several, Houlglass has been my favorite.

I use Elleeplex tubular mascara. It’s very wet and it does flake some but it’s my fav I’ve used. Very lifting and solid wearing. I’ll try the Hourglass one. Thanks for this!

The problem I have with tubing mascaras is that my eyes water a lot during the day especially if I laugh and it washes them off. I can't see to find one that doesn't do that.

I didn't know that this is the best way to remove the mascara. Also you didn't say if they came in diffrent shade. I like you better in No 7 closer to natural. Although your own natural lashes lookes the best.

Use a tissue with warm water. It’s much easier to get off.
