after Installing the User testing Software cant proceed to open user testing,,,, what to do???

Thanks for the video. The advice you gave seems quite helpful. (Wish I’d known about the video before I took my test late last week). But what I was looking for was you Demonstrating taking the test. i.e. Taking a break from narrating to end users like me; to start narrating as if you were Actually Taking The Test during this video.
That Air & Space museum site exercise was the test I actually took. Perhaps that’s b/c everyone gets the same exact test. In which case, maybe you wouldn’t want to faux-narrate it in case people started quoting you verbatim in their tests. But if you could’ve described in more detail The Type of Observations to make, that would’ve helped me. OTOH, despite my best efforts not to, I tend to overthink.
But, none of this is meant to take away from my assessment that this IS a good and helpful video. Especially the advice to use an external mic. Thanks for posting it.

@@bestinvestorcraig Hi Craig! I am going to release another video within the next few days. I got accepted as a tester, and did one paid test, but never really kept doing them even though there are many tests always popping up. The main issue I found is that you need to answer a quick survey before you qualify for a specific project, and if you don't match the requirements, you can't do that specific test. For example, they might ask you if you use any of the following banks, and if you don't use the one they have in mind, they won't use you for the test. So that can be tricky. It will make more sense in the next video! :)

@@yazhamuthan2199 No! It is free to sign up and apply. The trial and pricing would be for companies wanting to hire testers. Just sign up as a tester as I show in my video.

@@yazhamuthan2199 Avoid those websites. They are scams. You should never have to pay money on a site to make money!!

What do you think about using the mic on a regular pair of cell phone headphones once I plug them into my laptop? They want me to re-take the test, but I am not sure of the reason why. Just wondering if this may have something to do with it...

I need some help though, when using UserTesting I realised if you're outside a certain region and try and use VPN the acc gets closed after doing the test. What's good work around for this as not to do tests and have acc closed with no payment?

I selected the “Entire screen” then I press the “Share” button but the recording has started but the screen didn’t switch over to the “Confirm your selected screen” webpage…how do you get the webpage to appear, even if I clicked everything it asked for?

Do I really need an external microphone for the test? I have a windows 10(built-in mic)
I mean I think external microphones come across way clearer but if you adjust your settings and test your mic so that it is loud and clear, you can give it a try!
