    when the brass hammers are mint, the sledges have not a scratch, the punches are mint, the electric tools have not a mark of grease or dirt on them, 80% of the sockets have no internal witness marks, you know what you're watching. It's a great collection if there's ever an apocalypse though.

    • @DB-Slugz
      @DB-Slugz หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Well I agree but as I pondered this I realized when you decide to buy 60 of everything most things will stay mint. Lol

    I can't get past the fact that you didn't want to spend $200-$250 on a plug for you welder. But yet you have almost every tool known to man!😂😂😂

    • @z1zonly
      @z1zonly  ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Yeah I got to thinking about it and remembered that was just for the plug itself! The receptacle is another $250, and add another plug for the second welder. She pricey.

    If you ever wanna change the spray patern of the SureShot or Vapor sparayers, you can remove the nozzle and drill it out incrementally untill you achieve disired patern. Works great. Incredible shop man! Wow.... "Im pretty proud of my giant calipers"... Said no women ever lol

    I came across this video purely by chance and have poured over it, pausing quite often to look up different tools and items you showed. This video has a lot of good tips and hacks and products that I didn't even know existed. I was extremely interested in your hardware organization as we, too, have a ton of hardware to go through and sort and figure out how to store. I totally believed you when you said it took about a year and a half to go through all of it...maybe that's why I've been procrastinating on tackling this project. If you ever make changes to your shop, I would be interested in seeing what you do. You should keep the videos coming and show the different projects you work on. Also, you mentioned you had recently hollowed out that plastic red Tekton case. I'm curious how you went about doing that and what it looks like inside now ? Thanks for taking your time to give a tour of your shop!

    This is the absolute and ultimate tool collection, I have ever seen! Congrats! I also can see that you spent a fortune on Milwaukee battery tools! These are high end tools and anything else but cheap. This leads me know to my question; I want to ask you if you are not afraid that one day these batteries can no longer be charged; I mean they still can be charged but the batteries will run down very quickly. And replacement batteries are very expensive if still available, at all. This is the experience I made. As a consequence, I am about replacing all these tools against pneumatic tools. Yes, you have a hose, and not fully independent, but most of pneumatic tools are smaller than the battery operated ones what is a big advantage when working on cars or in narrow spots. I wonder what you think; let me know.

    • @z1zonly
      @z1zonly  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I've got about 16 batteries, down from 18. Two went bad and were out of warranty. The rest continue to work fine after 3 years. It's a bummer but far outweighed by the benefit of being cordless. Pneumatic is a pain in the butt and I'd never want to go back. And a battery leaf blower will change your life!
      Side note: I'm not impressed by the Forge so far, except the short charging time. I'd still recommend the 3, 8, and 12 aH High Output, until they release non-6.0 Forges.
