One criticism, you put the X-Band Radar too close to the shore. It should have been out 1,000 miles plus from GMD, that's part of why it is sea based, so it can be positioned closer to the threat nation over the horizon and spot the missile sooner.
How about those ship mounted versions, and the fact that they are positioned near the launch site? So that in this example they would be between the shore and submarine. Or near the African coast.
Permanent space based hypersonic interceptors are coming - will target missiles in the boost phase, pre-split. It's gonna be like Starlink but for missile defense.
Try either manually firing or messing with the WRA. Sometimes, the launcher is set to "do not engage targets" and you have to change it to "maximum distance" or whatever you want.
Does SM-3, SM-6 AEGIS ever come up in this scenario? Yea or nay? No point in really watching if the scenario isn't looking at the most numerous/best in class AMBs.
Mr. PG does it again - best Command Modern Ops content on youtube. I have learned so much from your videos. Thanks!
My man explained air battle management better than my WO ever did for me lol
Why didn't the GMD fire at the ICBM?
