Morley was definitely one of the last of the old brigade. We was popular in Australia because he was in the mold of Harragon, Carrol, Davidson, Roach - we couldn't complain because we were dishing it out just as much as Morley was every week. No one should complain about the shoulder charges. They were a thoroughly legitimate part of the game at the time.
@@robokeefe3850you wouldn’t love it if you were on the receiving end of one his cheap shots. Swinging arms, shoulder charges to head and head butting players on the ground. The guy could play, but he was also a cheap shotting thug.

Mr Frisky would have loved to have seen Peacock and Fielden in the NRL. 2003-2006 Fielden was immense for the Bulls, unfortunately he was one of those mercurial players where he was almost too good for his body to handle, he was on his way down when signed with Wigan even though he was still relatively young. Same with George Burgess, 2013-2015 he was being touted as the NRL's first million dollar prop, but again his body couldn't hold up...funny how he's now at Wigan too lol What Moz , Peacock and Gaz Ellis did for as long as they did deserves mad respect.
