Yeah, I think the MTA made a good choice to make the R142As from the 6 become R188s for the 7. Both lines run little better. The R262s will be able to make all trains run a lot better, even enabling the 7 Av Line and Lexington Av Line to have CBTC
Exactly the R46, R62, R68 and and R142 are my babies I worked both A and B divisions.
I’m sure there’ll be an updated (6) local and express run again in the future on this channel.

There is no good bye to the r142as 6 trains it's farewell the r142as will be back on the Pelham line real soon with the brand new R262s now all the Redbirds are gone for ever
Start appreciateing the r62as on the Pelham line now soona or later they will be gone to the r62/as will be a work trains also
@@leecornwell1062 The R142as will definitely be back on the Pelham 6 line when the R262as comes to replace the R62 s R62AS on the 1 3 6 S lines for CBTCS . The Pelham line is not really stuck with the R62as . The R142as will be on and off the Pelham 6 line . The Jerome Ave 4 line does not have no CBTCs at all . Not the 1 2 3 5 4 6 except for the 7 Flushing line.

The R62 are my babies I rather work on the 6 train rather than the 1 train. This how I say it " This is 3rd Ave/138th street, you may transfer to the 6 local train to Parkchester/East 177th Street across the , " THIS IS A PELHAM BAY PARK BOUND 6 EXPRESS TRAIN "BRONX EXPRESS" next stop is Hunts Point Ave stand clear of the closing doors.

Do 6 Trains run Lexington Avenue Express in Rush Hours?
Do they have R142 on the (6) line??
No R142as on the Pelham line yet . However we have the R62AS back on the Pelham line for a replacement s of the R142as . The R142as we're sent to the Flushing line for CBTC. The Rest of the R142as that was on the Pelham 6 line were sent to the Jerome Ave 4 line. When the brand new R262/as comes for CBTCS there s gonna be changes made.
