I didn't realize how tinny and awful the sound output on the original Echo was until we replaced it with the Studio. It was a sonic upgrade far beyond what I was expecting. Just wow. I love it because it's like having speakers IN the shower. My friend likes it because the music is so loud that she can no longer hear me singing. So that's a win-win.

My JBL 3 stoped working after just one year, Battery reaches full charge in 1 min and goes dead in about 30 secs, no matter how long i charge it... Never buying this brand again..... BTW... great vid dude.....

I think it is possible to upgrade the battery, looking at the battery pack its 4 18650 batteries but the total capacity is only 6000mah You can buy 18650 batteries that are 3000mah on its own so 4 of them would equal 12000mah Put them together and you can double the battery life so a 40 hour battery life I porbs cant afford and dont want to risk the mod but if your willing to do a video on it it would be nice Oh and your the first one to do a proper tear down aside from taking the grill off, ive never seen another person do a video on it Good job

Chances are the metal on the back side of the speaker has become unglued. I had to re glue mine after I dropped my charge 3 and it started crackling. Regluing repaired mine.
Also, there is a square rubber gasket that is between the speaker and the main mount.. don't rip the gasket.. if the unit is not sealed adequately, you will not get proper bass. Since this unit is sealed similar to a sub woofer.

Mine is similar but screws and clips are not the same place.. I have a "TL" code and in this video ther is a "GG" barcode, drivers are not same.. Anyone know the other differences between these two series of production? What is the best model?
I think that the internal design is different than TL and the small plastic things are a bit cheaper than GG And in my opinion I like both TL and GG Also pls tell me ur favourite model

oh_ helloo you must not know what a blown speaker sounds like... if it was blown you would see smoke or the speaker would refuse to move at all. what you heard was the speaker straining itself to try and hit low notes

3DTwister YT Than you have a problem with you bluetooth version i had the same problem with my bose soundlink mini 2. The two things that work is an aux cable or you buy a new phone i hope i could help you out
If you get a hole in the bass radiators I don't really think that's repairable unless you disassemble it to where you can access the bass radiators and replace them, But if you do that the speaker won't be waterproof so if you want it to be waterproof just don't replace it and buy a new one

Those are Harman kardon speakers. 5 cms, 4 ohms, full range, Neodymium magnets.

Could be an issue with the charging port. Remove the board with the port. If you find the metal port loose, soldering is unfortunately required.

If you get a hole in the bass radiators I don't really think that's repairable unless you disassemble it to where you can access the bass radiators and replace them, But if you do that the speaker won't be waterproof so if you want it to be waterproof just don't replace it and buy a new one
