My solo progress: Megalo-Forest: died bc i failed the jump at 2:13 Clogged Toilet: won on an alt... epic Sandswept Ranch: died at 6:29 bc slow Boiling Volcano Shaft: I have yet to beat it normally before even trying solo lol
Well I've seen rare maps pop up quite a few times in public servers recently, and all the rare badge descriptions still say that it's a 1-50 chance. I'll just be going off of that for my description, and I think I'll only change it if the badges are updated cause there's always a chance that Cyriss was either joking or just wrong about the odds.
before 1.13, megalo-forest was the only rare map where you HAD to play flavored to hae a chance to see it... so it's 100% normal it looks like flavored

2:25 I actually played that map in Liquid Breakout then immediately disconnected because it was bedtime for me, my parents turned the WiFi off ;-;
