Smart people will put the 82 Lakhs in bank get interest aprox 50K/month, and rent this house for 25K and spend the remaining 25K for daily expense. I would prefer money to work for me and earn money instead of spending my whole life for bank loans... Real estate boom will get settled in next 10 years...
