Love both the homes Renzo. Looks like Del Webb is a quality builder. I remember staying at Del Webb's LaPasada Hotel in Scottsdale Arizona back in the 80's. It was brand new, and the hotel and room were unbelievable. It overlooked Camelback Mountain. So the Brand Del Webb left a favorable impression on me. Thanks Renzo for another Great Video.
Any option to add a private pool? What about outdoor kitchen? What kind of design options do we have with regards to the kitchen? Can I get a double oven? Can I get a gas range?
