The fact that this even exists is awesome. I want to know everything about the witch camp. Thank you for sharing. Rarely do I ever get to witness anything like this on TH-cam - even on my favorite witch channels. I subscribed.
Aw amazing, thank you so much! I'm so grateful that this community trusted me to tell this story and capture all these raw moments so that we could share the power of intentional earth-based community! I recently went to our Samhain witch camp, which was a completely different experience. I'll be sharing that story soon! I'm so happy to have you join this journey on my channel, thank you for subscribing! 💕 ✨
*I was raised Christian and never allowed to do anything witch related, but when I would do general crafting and things in life it was totally like what witches do with their intentional crafts.* *All the decorated areas were beautifully done.* *I love this video so much, what a wonderful time you all had.*
Many of christian saying and traditions are taken from our pagan culture and changed then claimed to be cabrahamic in nature wich they aren't. Your soul understands this and longs for a more furfilling life than begging for forgiveness for mere existing from a tyranical god. Free yourself from the ropes of restriction and be reborn.
I remember being taught how to dance around the maypole at school for our mayday fair. It's amazing how things can change in 40 years, the older I get the more I realise how important it is to preserve our heritage. I'm from the UK.
Wow that's amazing! I totally agree, it's difficult to find Pagan, or earth based, groups who follow old traditions. The more I learn, and the more my journey with Paganism and the wheel of the year deepens, the more I want people to know about its beauty and meaning 🧹✨
Until I was 12 we did a Maypole/spring festival every year. Our church did it Easter egg hunt and pinics. Then we moved and I never seen it done anywhere else (the maypole/ spring festival) . I was told that it was old fashioned and know did it anymore. It was until I was 18 that I learned what it really stood for/ where it came from. Though in the early 80s it was not easy finding info you had to dig deep. BTW I live in the United States. And I'm in my 50s but I have studied alone and practice alone in secret all these years
@sorciere... wonderful! Thank you for sharing! The maypole dance is my favourite sabbat tradition and I’m excited to do it again this Beltane! I hope you find an opportunity near you 🥰✨🌞
I got to attend my first Pagan Festival the first part of this past October and it was a truly magical 4 days. It's so amazing being able to worship and be around like minded individuals. This path can be a lonely one, so it absolutely lifted my spirits and fed my soul to be able to join in during rituals and learn from the classes I attended. Blessings to all!❤🌿🌺
Wow amazing! We have a 1 day Pagan Pride Festival here on the Island but I wasn't able to go this year. I would love to go to one that was several days. I think that so many solitary witches don't know the power of community yet - I hope this video can show them what is out there! 💕 ✨
It's so lovely to see so many loud and proud witches! Our voices are powerful and we shouldn't have to hide in the shadows ever again! Blessed be and thank you and all in attendance for sharing! 🖤
Although I am not a witch and identify as an independet Druid, this was amazing to watch. It was fascinating to see all the components, and truly see all the like practices. Thank you for sharing!!!
Thank you so much for watching! This is one of the reasons I love this community - so many different people and different beliefs coming together. I recently went to our Samhain witch camp and I'll share that story soon ❤️🔥 ✨
aw I totally hear you - it's not easy to find like-minded communities that you can feel safe in. It took me a long time to find my people, even when I was surrounded by like-minded people too! I'm realizing that creating the community I crave is a priority for me 🧹✨
I believe I am a witch because I like doing many of the same things, but because I don't know any rituals since nobody taught me, I still wasn't completely sure, and because of that, I wasn't let in to the group and had no chances of discovering myself even further. In this video I find it very cool that even people who think they are but aren't completely sure, is invited for the witch camp. It's really open to people who is about to discover themself, and I think I just wish I had the same chance.❤
Thank you for your comment! I’m so sorry that you’re having a hard time connecting with a group. Rituals can have so many different meanings and look different ways. It can be something you do personally at home like how you make tea for example! Keep searching for the right fit and it will come! For many years I explored different groups and teachings and I still am 🥰 wishing you many blessings!
Oh nooo haha I never connected with that deck and knew someone would love it! My favourite deck is the Morgan-Greer Tarot so I tend to just stick with that one most often ✨
Oh my gosh I would love to do that! I am amazed you are using a deck from Doreen Virtue. She was so wonderful and inspirational for so many years and then suddenly went to the dark side and renounced all of her works in the occult. She sold her rights to many of her products and so they still get produced and sold. So sad… she is like listening to a medieval priest at this point in time 😱
Such a beautiful, peaceful video, thank you for sharing... I would give anything if I could find something like that in upstate New York..I have searched and searched but to no avail..
As a ATR eclectic/Rootwoman this was very interesting to watch how different it is from our events and camps. Im just glad it even exists ill say that much. Happy witches always make me happy. Its better than alot of other things people could be doing. Beautiful❤ thank you for sharing ❤
I’m not anything but curious. I don’t play well with others but it doesn’t stop me from checking out what they got going on. I encourage observation of other people’s perspectives and lifestyles. I love the earth and I want to see as much of what’s happening on it as I can. I don’t care what you do as long as no person or animal is harmed.
Absolutely! A cording system is like degrees within your self discovery. Many different covens and mystery schools have a cording process that sees witches earn different "degrees" that are based on their own personal growth. Many of these groups have created their own cording systems but each one will have the white cord in common. The white cord is the very first cord you can earn and it initiates the "year and a day" studies for a witch. This is an intentional path of self discovery. Some witches feel completely content just doing the 1 white cord but others continue earning more cords. The second cord is typically the red cord. For example, I'm a black cord witch and High Priestess with the 13th House Mystery School Tradition in Victoria. It took me 8 years of self discovery to earn my black cord which was the last of 3 cords to earn in my House. It's a journey that you are in control of. However, a witch that has completed their cords must cord/initiate the cording witch. I'm planning on making a video about cording very soon so there will be lots more info in that video. I hope this helps!
In my country, PORTUGAL, we have a pull dance tradition very similar to Beltane ceremony, were people dance, cruising the colored ribbons, women and men🥰😇🙏💜
I love this! You know I feel I was guided to find your page! It just popped up on my algorithm! Funny thing is I just picked some gray birch twigs and a song came in my mind we circle around the witches tree and then I found your channel! Thanks for sharing this ❤

Thank you so much for watching! I absolutely agree. The shifts that have taken place within me and in my life since I've connected with this community have been profound! I have been in a coven (which we actually call a Hive) for nearly a decade, but witch camp is an entirely different experience!
I saw another comment from you about ads that I can’t find anymore! I don’t get to choose ads and I also don’t see ads! So sorry to hear the ad in the video was a bummer! ❤️
I'm sorry, I took that comment down because I realized that no witch would choose that ad. It was for a game where a man oggles of big bouncy boobed woman walk by and then looks at his pregnant wife who looks tired and large and kicks her out in the cold!!! I don't get how they choose what videos to attach too cause I am betting not one of your followers would appreciate or purchase that mysoginist crap. @@BriannaShambrook

Thank you! I had a similar thought when I was there regarding the mix of ages. Actually, during one of the events a witch said to all of us that one of the most transformative things you can do on your witchcraft journey is to learn to trust an older woman (someone in their crone phase). Little did I know at that moment that she would be next older woman I would learn to trust 🥰✨
Beautiful. I can't wait for the follow up video. 🙏 t Thank you for taking us along and sharing such beautiful moments. Can you tell me more about what the cord ceremonies/ colors mean. ❤ What a special time of bonding and empowerment. 🪄💫
Thank you for watching! I’m so happy you enjoyed this journey ✨🧹 Many witches, mystery schools and covens have a cording system which represent “levels” of self discovery. Each tradition will have their own system and number of cords that can be received. I’m in a tradition that has 3 cords (white, red and black). Even though every tradition has their ways, 3 cords are pretty common and I do believe every tradition has a white cord. You may have heard about a witches “year and a day studies”. The white cord often starts a year and a day and the red cord is the celebration of that! I’ll actually be making a video about cording in November! ✨🌜
Lovely video. I wish we had camps like this. Looks like so much fun!!!! ❤ Not every tradition has cording. Is this a Wiccan hierarchical system? Genuine question from a solitary Hedge Witch.😊
@@melaniecastle5850exactly not every group has cording and not every witch will want to cord! I’m not Wiccan, cording is open to anyone 🥰 stay tuned for a video coming up answer all those type questions! ✨ thanks so much for being here!

Absolutely beautiful. This really tugged at my emotions. I set into motion I will be able to enjoy something like this one day!! Thank You for sharing xo
Oh no I’m sorry to hear that! This community is drama free, the founder Jen gets to know each person that attends and she has strong boundaries for the times where the community might be impacted by unwanted energy. I did a video where I interviewed her at one of our witch camps and I hope to chat with her more about creating community! 🥰✨
Oh my goodness🥹 I absolutely love this💚 it’s like home😌 I’m in🙌🏻 thank you all for being here and for being phenomenal you🫂 I love and appreciate you✨💜♾🥰 When and where is the next gathering?
I would love to attend an event like this but would honestly feel more comfortable and able to feel spiritually joined with other attendees if it was only for women. Also not to into the idea of menstruating women being made to dtay outdide of the circle. This to me sounds like a rule men would have made
Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment! I am seeking women only circles as well. Healing with other women who have shared experiences is so so powerful and I've experienced this in the 'red tent' gatherings. I know it has such power and I'm really craving that in my life! If I were hosting a circle I would personally love for the menstruating women to be in the circle but I thought it was an interesting experience to be apart of a different perspective! 💕
Yes, only biological women circles would make me feel safer. Biological women need their own space separate from Transwomen who don’t experience womanhood and who often are judgmental of biological women.
@eg7847 It’s so important to be apart of sacred spaces where you feel safe to share your experiences with other women who can relate. A lot of growth and healing can happen in these containers!
Can I get more information about the cording ceremony? I had never heard of it before, I'd love to know the symbolism of the cords and the colors chosen
Hey Violet! Cording is a type of initiation that marks an up levelling of commitment and deviation on a witches path. I have a video about this topic coming in January! Thanks for watching! 🥰✨🧹
The card that you pulled out had Goddess Saraswati on it & as somebody who has embraced Vedic tradition that made me smile. She is the Goddess of wisdom & arts. She also happens to the eternal consort of Lord Brahma , the creator deity. She is a primordial form of mother goddess , a manifestation of one of her many Swaroopas or cosmic forms. You have piqued my interest , would definitely like to have a discussion on this & hear your views & experiences. Bless you
Thank you so much for this info I didn’t know all that about Goddess Saraswati. When I pulled the card it felt like I was being reminded that I was in a place where I can embrace my art and my videography as my craft. I was surrounded by people who didn’t limit me and it was such a blessing to share that weekend through my craft which was something I had been working towards (sharing witchcraft experiences).
@BriannaShambrook in the yogic perspective of things, life is about the law of karma , so from that POV, everything is preordained. You pulling that card out may seem to be sheer coincidence, but in the divine scheme of things, i guess it was always meant to be that way. The card chose you as much as you chose it.
Thanks for asking! I’m planning a video about this topic coming ASAP! I chat briefly bout my cording in a couple of my recent videos as well but a complete detailed response is on its way!
How delightful! You are precious, this was lovely and well done! I used to live on the island, but am further north in BC now. It's so nice to see another "local-ish" witch, as I know of no others, and just practice on my own (in a rather casual way tbh). Well done TH-cam, you finally suggested a good video for me! LOL
Aw thank you so so much! I love your comment and so glad to have another islander here! BC has so many witches, its amazing. I lived in Nova Scotia for 5 years and It wasn't something I heard about over there. I think our nature here calls us!
This video warmed my heart. In my country there are no open witches or such gatherings. We do, however, have pagan holidays and with enough searching, we could find celebrations among some more open communities.
I would love to attend an event like this but I still have alot to learn about witchcraft. But it was a lovely Video and it motivated me to learn more about witchcraft and its history
I think it was a bunch of playlists in shuffle so I don’t have one to share! One of my fav songs that we sang in the video though was called By the Earth by Elaine Silver ✨
Amazing! Realizing how much I craved a community like this was how I attracted this opportunity! The one I go to is a private group for local witches but I totally recommend looking online and at FB events - I've seen witch camps all over. Maybe even consider starting something like this yourself if you can't find it! 💕

Thank you for watching!! The story of our Samhain witch camp is coming up! ✨🎃
I love Beltane and the maypole so much
Absolutely beautiful. This really tugged at my emotions. I set into motion I will be able to enjoy something like this one day!! Thank You for sharing xo
Thank you for watching! Sending you bright blessings for finding a community of your own! ✨
Omg I love it
I went to a private camping ground only for pagans and it was set up well but there seemed to be alot of competitivness between the witches..
Thank You for sharing🤍💐
Adding this to my queue... This seems divine watching. ❤
So so interesting to watch..amazing set up..love the shop where ye can exchange things.
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! The broomstick boutique was SO cute, I got that spirit doll as well as a few books! ✨🧙🏽♀️🧹
Oh my goodness🥹 I absolutely love this💚 it’s like home😌 I’m in🙌🏻 thank you all for being here and for being phenomenal you🫂 I love and appreciate you✨💜♾🥰 When and where is the next gathering?
I’m so happy this resonated with you! Are you on Vancouver Island?
This gives me great ideas for a camp. I live in the Coast Range in Oregon.
I do as well and was thinking of finding witch camps in my area. Kinda hard though
I'm going to talk to people in Eugene....Old Nick's for starters.@@peachbunni3
Amazing! That’s so wonderful to here! ✨🧹
Maybe you can create a group! ✨🧹
Such a beautiful and moving video. Thank you!
Thank you so much Jasmin 🥰✨
You're most welcome! :)@@BriannaShambrook
I will love to have the opportunity to be part of that campaign ❤
when I clicked this video, I was drawn to it... How is that possible?
Maybe your intuition led you here! ✨
This is a lovely idea masculine and feminine energies alike. After all that is nature and that is what we bless.
Blessed be to all
The ideal of feeling completely comfortable and at peace to want to or have asepteince for both male female witch's like minded and energy.
I have never pitched a tent and would prefer a cabin...for witches ❤
Tent camping in the rain and cold on the ocean while you have your period is definitely a challenge lol I wish there were cabins!
Thank you so much for sharing such a special weekend i feel blessed. Im in the uk and dont live near any witchyfriends. Thank you and blessed be❤
Thank you for watching! I hope you make some new connections! 🥰✨
Can you share more about the cording ritual? Never heard about it but looks interesting.
Thanks for asking! I’m planning a video about this topic coming ASAP! I chat briefly bout my cording in a couple of my recent videos as well but a complete detailed response is on its way!
So cool I love it!
So friggin cool, love this! 🤩 🧙🏻 ❤
Thank you! 💕
Sooo beautiful ❤️
This video warmed my heart. In my country there are no open witches or such gatherings. We do, however, have pagan holidays and with enough searching, we could find celebrations among some more open communities.
Thank you for sharing! I hope that you can find safe celebrations to attend! ✨
So beautiful, thank you for sharing ❤ I want to go!!!
Thanks for watching! ✨
Oh man, that was so fun to watch! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful event...I may have to attend next year! )O(
Thanks so much for watching! I'm so glad you loved coming on this adventure with me 💕✨
beautiful ❤ thank you for sharing 🙏
Thank you for watching! 💕
Would love to find a witch camp
I would love to attend an event like this but I still have alot to learn about witchcraft. But it was a lovely Video and it motivated me to learn more about witchcraft and its history
Wishing you many blessings on your learning journey! We are all learning all the time 🥰✨
I WANNA GOOOOOOO ♥ 😍 OMG
This is so neat. ❤
U are all so beautiful thank you all for sharing this
Thank you for watching! 🥰✨
You are all so beautiful and lovely.
Aw thank you 🥰✨ I hope you find something that feels good!
I would love to know the list of songs playing during the camp scenes. There's a lot of good ones in languages I can't understand.
I think it was a bunch of playlists in shuffle so I don’t have one to share! One of my fav songs that we sang in the video though was called By the Earth by Elaine Silver ✨
I just found your channel and subscribed!!!!! Absolutely love this! Thank you for posting.
Aw amazing! Thank you so much for subscribing and for watching. So much magic is coming your way! 🥰✨
I would love to do something somewhere near me like this x
How do I find witch camp? I'm a green witch from Portland and I'm looking for activities like this and ya'll are so close!
Amazing! Realizing how much I craved a community like this was how I attracted this opportunity! The one I go to is a private group for local witches but I totally recommend looking online and at FB events - I've seen witch camps all over. Maybe even consider starting something like this yourself if you can't find it! 💕
Where do you all find these witch camps!??
My friend created this camp! I did an interview with her on my channel!
