- Today, we are going to take a look at the trine that the Sun is making to Neptune, followed by the immediate opposition to Pluto in Aquarius as the Sun enters Leo. I'll explain what these two transits might mean together from five different vantage points. This comes alongside the upcoming Full Moon, making for a busy and dynamic July weekend.

Yeah…something’s up. There’s something very tense within the collective mindset. People are more polarized…and this is intentional (it’s def how modern politics wins/sways votes). Which is profoundly interesting considering astrology, as a spiritual practice, is supposed to show us HOW to identify cosmic patterns, and how we relate to each other and ourselves through these planetary alignments. Awareness at this level empowers us to harness and cultivate our free will. Well, I pray that people keep their cool.

I came to a realization that throughout my life I compared myself to my peers and made changes to myself according to what worked for those I compared myself to. After many years of feelings of unworthiness I’ve grown to learn that I am the one person that can make the correct choices for me to be my best self. I have to admit this past weekend my brain felt like it was in a blender. This Sun opposite Pluto is smack on my nodes and my natal Mercury is at 26 of Leo and Uranus 26 Scorpio. It was a double whammy with that square. Uranus in Taurus opposite my Uranus and square my Mercury. Mercury on my Mercury square my Uranus and square Uranus in Taurus.
Astrology has been a hobby of mine off and on my entire life, having used my mom’s books as an adolescent. My tropical zodiac is sun 29 cancer and Saturn 3 Aquarius. The vibes you describe are spot on for me.

This has been a very intense period for me. During the mars Uranus conjunction my sister died suddenly. It was related to family history of alcoholism and abuse from Father. I am currently teaching classes on prevention to help youth self regulate and develop healthy coping skills and avoid drug and alcohol abuse. I am also questioning if I want to continue this path or choose something that will be more peaceful for me and less painful. I appreciate your videos. They resonate with me so much! I just had my birthday yesterday and found myself thinking about my purpose. Also, like you, I have a Taurus ascendant! I am getting on your waitlist for a reading- I appreciate your insights!

As a long-time watcher and hopeful student of yours, I appreciate your integrity, and I respect your boundaries around politics.
I just wanted to add that as a person who is orientated towards ‘politics,’ both as a child of an 1st gen immigrant and someone whose profession involves helping those seeking asylum/refugee-status due to living in areas partially impacted by my country’s actions, I humbly ask that you consider how you frame those who are engaged in political discussions. Not all of us are ‘divisive’ or looking to dominate or assert control; we are just deeply called to witness pain and to help as best as we can to alleviate the impact of ‘political’ actions, and there’s no way to avoid ‘politics.’ It just is what it is. And for some of us, it’s a spiritual calling. I earnestly believe that we’re all called to different paths, and trying to say that your path is the most enlightened or empathetic is silly. We’re all just trying to figure it out as best we can.

Yet, where would we collectively be if, for example, in wars past there were no ‘ministers’ / nurses / journalists also on the battlefield but whose position was to not take a political side and instead ‘side’ with offering their care and perspective?
I fear the collective “hungry ghost” (NN in Aries) will not be satisfied with this answer, yet this is the very nature of learning the balancing act that the zodiac internally and collectively reflects to us.

The Pluto opposition has involved my mother being put in assisted living at the first opposition, losing my mother shortly after the retrograde opposition and cleaning out my parents house from the opposition in December until the one coming in September... Phew

Not enough stimuli, people don’t keep to their word when they want to go out and do things. Nobody is in shape like me, nobody trains, nobody reads, nobody knows wants to bachata practice…

I appreciate you and your focus! I was a social justice activist for over 50 years and retired a few years ago. I haven’t stopped caring, I just switched my focus to what I wish to create instead of what I am against. Over 2 years ago I made a conscious decision to stop consuming news, even alternative media. I’m not on social media much anymore, aside from some astrology/spiritual groups that are still on Facebook. Sometimes it filters in, usually because someone will mention in an astrology forecast/group. Yesterday I was in an astrology full moon gathering and folks posted in the chat about Biden stepping down. I became really riled up, for many reasons I won’t elaborate on. My soul knows it’s a waste of energy to worry about future events/outcomes that may not come to be or sink into the spiral of fear and separation.However, my human had to use numerous tools to regulate my nervous system. I’m grateful to have an ever-expanding toolbox and it’s also exhausting to work so hard to restore calm, peace, etc. ❤

Good interpretation of Sun opposite Pluto. My fathers "gift" was my sister. An individual causing much upheaval in my life with many layers to work through.
