HIKING ALONG THE OREGON COAST | Heceta Head to Hobbit Beach

- Hey guys, this week I'm taking you along on a recent hike we did along the Oregon Coast. This is the Heceta Head Lighthouse to Hobbit Beach trail near Florence, Oregon. A 3.6 mile hike with a 1,000ft elevation gain with incredible views over the ocean. There was even a small cutout I wasn't expecting that had a pretty intense drop-off down to the water. The Heceta Head lighthouse is the strongest light on the Oregon Coast with its beam visible up to 24 miles away! Hope you enjoy these peaceful views of the PNW coast as much as we did. :)

I so miss the wild jagged mossy Oregon life. Those misty drives on the winding roads and hikes through the old growth woods rank high on my list! Thanks for capturing that mystical landscape so well. The music really adds another dimension.

I had a left-handed dog once. I kept trying to get her to shake with her right paw and she kept falling over. Then one time she extended her left paw, we shook, and she stayed upright. From then on, I shook with a left-pawed dog.
