Seems like a recurring issue for this line is the armor always gets in the way of articulation. I don't mind at all. I mean I would think if I were wearing samurai armor I would have the same issue. I love this line though! Can't wait for more😁 My Ironhide is actually chilling in my TCP stash waiting for ole FH Dickbird to come in! Go birds 🦅🦅🦅
Fantastic review, BTW the things you called swords at first are not swords, but Yari, they are short spears. the flags are called Nobori, and the longer spear is a naginata, or Su Yari The more ya know hahaha.

I'm really looking forward the Samurai Lambros coming this year, but this one looks amazing. Love the alt mode, seriously looks like something you'd see in a Kung Fu Panda movie or something, like early steam engine. I don't know, maybe it's just me. Freaking face sculpt is nice. The flag makes it resemble a Ninja Turtle vehicle... But man this is a badass looking figure. EDIT: Lol, you just mentioned how it looked like a Turtle van... That's what I get for commenting before watching the entire video.

Love the robot mode, but the alt mode is not good. It doesn't look like anything even remotely "ye-olde-Japanese". They should have given him holographic drivers and horses to make it look like a horse-drawn carriage, or some gears, pistons and a steam funnels to make it look like a steam-punk samurai machine. As it is, it just looks like a box with wheels. I've been disappointed with the whole "Japanese samurai" line of these figures. Living in Japan, these just don't compare to the wealth of existing and similar figures over here. Here's hoping Takara-Tomy make some better figures in this style in the future. They'd be silly not to.
