This is Great! As a new agent (March 2017) I can’t wait to implement this script. I watched another of your videos and you spoke about Real Estate being a lonely business and I couldn’t agree more. As an independent agent it is tough getting in there and getting in the grove of things. 8 mos and I haven’t had ANY “action”, but I REFUSE to be amongst the agents to throw in the towel. Lots of stuff out there but this is Gold. Excellent stuff.
With everybody knows or have a relative or friend in real estate, rarely people you encounter in grocery stores or coffee shops will strike you with this question. They wouldn’t even give you their email and cellphone as you’re still a stranger. Regardless you wear your badge or you look busier than anyone in the room. But I will still use this script as this is the common question being ask in gatherings or by your spheres.
