Ingredients:
Flour 2 c (240g)
Baking soda 1 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Cloves powder 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Melted butter 100 g
Jaggery syrup 1/2 c
Curd 1/2 c
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Brown sugar 1/3 c
Eggs 3
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Walnuts 1/3 c
