I remember seeing Jelena Djokovic saying something along the lines of: “He’s really good at taking care of himself, which I thought was selfish at first but it actually is what everybody should be doing. Its how you can have the right energy and feel your best to be the best person you can be and have enough to give to others.” I think this really shows because when I met Nole at the US Open last year, he gave off this completely different aura compared to the other players I met, heck, nothing like any other person I’ve ever met. He was very relaxed, positive, and kind even though he had a match later that day. It’s tough to describe, but I can say that I will remember that interaction for the rest of my life!
@@Idk-se3sy Djokovic might have read Leonardo Da Vinci remarking to eat other animals is to make ourselves into the graves of corpses... i think taking care of ourselves is also spiritual...to me Djokovic shines with the light of moral and spiritual integrity ..i respect his commitment to eating 100% plant based with no added animal products ❤️
His comments after loosing to Alcaraz at Wimbledon 24 are pure elegance. Mental/physical balance make him the genius that he displays, on & off the court. Love him😊
i have been a hardcore federer fan and ever since he left tennis, i have only watched handful of tennis matches but i surely miss his rivalry with Djokovic. novak is a warrior. cant believe he is 37. the way he has managed himself, he can continue to be at top level for atleast 5 more years
Reminds me of Tom Brady - how meticulous, specific and careful he is of his diet, exercise, nutrition, recovery and body-soul, spirit, emotional, mental and physical
Tennis goat ; hero of Serbia ; beautiful woman and kids ; kind, funny and respect dispositions ; speak around ten languages ; mastering his daily life through well-being habits ; strongest mental of the ATP tour thanks to meditation sessions each day ; the whole at 37 years old still winning the Olympic gold against the best player of the world just two months after knee operation…what the hell…such a model ! Perfection doesn’t exist but looking after leads to excellency.
I think he is vegan, but he does not speak out about it because he don't want to receive hate from (close minded )people of Balkan. He is very in tune with his humane nature in this "technologically advanced" world . . .
@@urbancrafttechnologies9204 vegans are the most close minded people if anything, if you say anything about eating meating they will go out of their way to hunt you, it has always been this way. and the regular people have been putting up with it forever. but somehow thats ok to you. but the moment regular people start to retaliate due to constantly harassment, that all of a suddent becomes close minded. the principle most regular people have is "i eat whatever i want, you eat whatever you want, lets not shove it up each others face" but the vegan principle is "if you eat meat, youre evil". and to me, one sounds a lot more close minded than the other

Good guess work but his normal Day when he is back home training hard is obviously very different! You only showed a day when he is on a tournament- when they are on tournaments it’s very different to their “normal hard working day” - what happens behind “closed doors” not many people get to witness but Im sure he train every days when back home 5-6 hrs at least!! 😅 nice video thought 💪😅
The good, old serbian and Balkan food ..😢😢😢😢Doesn't he miss at all????And this art of "FOOD" Few could such as AFFORD IT ......Chiky micky food .....😢 😢 😢 😢 I hope his kids are becommig REALLY FOOD AT THEIRS MEALS ....😂😂😂😂😂
I am nobody to say honestly this, also why he should change anything if it works for him, but i definitely think he should have animal source protein in his diet because he misses a lot of nutrients, minerals and vitamins from meat and eggs. He could be vegetarian, but vegan... I honestly don't know why is he like that. Eggs are found in abundance on the Earth, also its easy to find organic, free range eggs anywhere, they are extremely healthy in every possible way. But who am i to say, his body his choice, can do whatever he wants. Just think eggs are 10x healthier and more nutritious than tofu.
I feel the same way. Djokovic is my favorite player, but I can't imagine not ever eating meat. I would definitely add organic eggs and wild caught salmon to the diet, for starters, and some good, unpasteurized, aged cheese.
Too many eggs will give you heart disease! Horrible cholesterol. You can do your own research on that. I think him being vegan is a testament to how great it works. I mean, you see the results even after 10+ years of playing pro. I think the idea of “needing” meat is outdated. It’s not actually good for our health. The media will convince us otherwise of course. Do what makes you feel good I guess. Also, there’s this series on National Geographic about the people around the world who live to 100 and very healthy. They found that these people eat little to no meat. They call it the blue zone diet. Check it out! Keep your mind open about things that are not the social norm depicted by the media.

Why not, inside my skin is my house so I gotta look after it because it’s my engine. It’s my job to do it ❤
Wow, I remember that as well, this stuck with me because I am not so good of taking care of myself and thought I need to do better

Maybe you meant 20+ years in case of Novak?
Novak does not eat honey or any other type of sugar, only fruits!
Fruit has sugar too and it's not more healthy than honey
Omg is Novak vegetarian? Does he not eat any meat and still play at world class level

@@markoobradovic19 Thanks, if that's the case, then it is great. You cannot be really healthy without SOME animal based food.
Is routine that makes him go to sleep in half of the US open game ? No thanks
No meat?
Oh, I thought he was in charge of his kids activities during the entire day.
Now he has a big problem, whose name is Carlos. Retirement is not far away.
Wait..What was that you said??😂
