Hi David. The Xcape is a really good bit of kit, is a bit of a shock going from the excel but once you get used to it, it is a lot more capable than it feels. Should be doing a more in depth review on it in the coming weeks. Anything more specific you want to know?
What size engine do you run on yours, and how capable is it out on more open water, I'm thinking maybe a couple of miles ofshore but only in good condition, i did watch the xcape promo video where they went round the isl le of white but I'm not ready for that just yet

I fancy bringing my boat down next year but I will stay on the boat for the weekend
The quay has long term parking, but when it comes to staying on the boat you might be better off staying somewhere like Ilfracombe or clovelly. Im not sure if there's overnight moorings at appledore...
