Search for dr Robert Morse here on TH-cam. he teaches about Cleaning the lymphatic system. Root cause of acne and all the diseases.i detoxed myself and got rid of acne, pcos.
Also you could try alternating about 1 to 1 1/2 a tea spoon of dried and ground up peppermint leaves one week and the cinnamon the next, and then take a steam bath. I love it! The peppermint works on breakouts as well. I used it on my back.

how bad it is? Minor or?
In my 20's I started getting BAD acne - had it on face and shoulders for years - until I realized I was allergic to my FEATHER pillows !!!!
I figured it out when I made some pillow cases out of thick satin and everything cleared up. Still got rid of the feather pillows though :) Maybe you could be allergic to something. I also had the same reaction to dill pickles ! Those were big pimples that took forever, if ever, to come to a head. That took me about 10 years to realize what was causing it. Good luck.

I tried a similar recipe that I just invented Matcha powder, curcuma powder, water, a little bit of grapeseed oil and optional corn starch (add corn starch only if you added too much water to thicken the mask, leave the mask on for 10 min , then rinse with lukewarm water! amazing result! don't wash your face with any face soap after the mask, do it before the mask only

Do you have a lot of green tea left in your skin after this mask? I washed my face clean and then wiped my skin with a toner on a cotton ball before putting on my moisturizer. There was so much green on the cotton ball. Is that normal? It took 4 cotton balls to get it all off.

just a correction tools,.try to use plastic or wooden spoon instaed of metal spoon,.cuz honey may drain off when contact metal. due to chemistry reasons. Overall is a great videpo,..CHEERS!!

You should use warm, not boiling, water. Boiling water denatures all the beneficial proteins and antioxidants of the matcha.

Can I ask a question? I bought matcha powder from online but when it came I realized it is probably low quality, and its tea taste very bad. Can I use that when I am doing a face mask or should I have to use high quality matcha for my face too?
