I know what my brain has the harder time doing for me in life, and that is switching from right brain task mode to left brain task mode and vice versa, or heaven forbid, multitasking. It correlates to the exact exercise that my hands have the most difficulty doing, exercise 2. I think this workout is a fine test to see which areas one needs to work on the most (in case life hasn't hammered that lesson home yet.)

yes, our left body muscles are controlled by right brain and right body muscles are controlled by left brain If you are a right handed person only your left brain works more than right By doing these finger exercises using our two hands by giving two different actions to each hand Our brain stimulates & activates well on both sides

I had brain fog issues and stress related issues , this exercises not only removed that , but made me an healthy active person
