Hello, Toyota. I'm impressed by your new all-electric SUV. My question is, are you planning to introduce a compact BEV to the US market? A small, affordable BEV from the king of reliability in the US would be my ultimate dream come true.
Notice that there are no Prius advertisements in this months line up.you cant get a prius, they take 500 in the bay area but you'll wait for 6 mos with no courtesy phone call to give customers an update on delivery.
Hybrids make zero sense. You get underpowered ICE car, with an underpowered EV, with like 40 miles or range. A Tesla model 3 standard range makes more sense.
Where the hell are they? All the electric and plug in vehicles? I'm waiting already 10 months for Rav4 Prime plug in hybrid in Canada without any hope for final delivery! Only 95 vehicles we delivered to Canada with thousands interested buyers on wait lists. It's all total BS. Toyota doesn’t want you to buy electric cars. They want to sell you old school ICE vehicle where they make money. All the fluff about "environmentally responsible Toyota" is to make governments happy. Not you by selling them to general public. They make them in minimal quantities just to say "yes we have them all in our lineup". To squeeze maximum profit they want you to sell combustion powered vehicle and will do that until governments will force them.
Bruhh... Where are Toyota Agya, Toyota Calya, and Toyota Avanza??? Are these three cars in the USA....???. The three cars are very budget friendly, suitable for traveling around the city :))
@@LivingTheDream77 High current is not good in the case of the USA. 230 V voltage is better than thinner wires and the overall power is higher. The conclusion is that it is a pity you do not have 230 V.
because north american plugs are very poorly designed and expose people to a higher risk of electric shock compared to plugs in other places around the world.
Maybe a used Tesla with 100k on the clock. I just looked and Tesla is going new for $40+. I just put a deposit down on a 2024 Prius Prime. We have abundant solar at our home...
@@NarutoUzumaki-jw4kw you think they might be, but once the battery has spent, get ready for a very expensive replacement. _Thousands of dollars_ kind of expensive.
I don't even own an EV, yet I found this pretty informative.
Same
Level 1 charger: Full charge in 12 hours 9 minutes.
Level 2 charger: Full charge in 3 hours 20 minutes.
Level 3 charger: Full charge in 30 minutes.
Toyota...I love this car. ❤️
Toyota Should Make An All Electric Prius
Level 1 charger (Home): More convenient but longer time to full charge.
Level 2 charger (Home and public charge station): Balanced between fast charging and lower complexity.
Level 3 charger (Public charge station): Fastest time to full charge but less convenient for home.
I hope this car available in my country as soon and have expensive prices for medium people profit

Do I understand Toyota has failed three-phase home charging. And it has no 11KW or 22KW charging at home. ?
0:37 Similar Charger That The Prius And RAV4 Prime Uses
I believe I’ve watched this video already a few weeks ago.

Toyota did not find an dc fast charger for this video....😂
In India we have 220 to 240v standard ,😁😁😁😁 , why USA an advance country with 120v supply 🤔
120V us plug has higher current

They're afraid of many dead and fried from shocking when increase in power.
Public chargers are a joke people. Anyone looking at Toyota for an ev will be sorry. You should look at Tesla model 3 cost you less then corolla now

Too little, Too late.
Not even 1% of the world’s cars are electric, so not too late
everyone still need buy gasolin engine car
Hybrids are much more practical
@Golden Auto Tesla alone sold 2.3 million EVs by end of last year. by 2030 they will be to the MARS.
