The Weeknd on The Color Violet and Chris Brown on Lavender Sunflower and this shit would be perfect. As an 80s baby (33), I grew up listening to Tony Tone Toni, Soul 4 Real, Blackstreet, H Town, BBD, New Edition, Boyz II Men, Lionel Richie, etc. and groups that really used to love these types of little runs. Love this type of music man.

Not hearing uniqueness between each song stop the 🧢🧢🧢 each song in the album has it's own different atmosphere that each bring. And as for the length there were many 80s music that lasted more than a minute so I see where Tory was going

Every song sounds 80's...... Sounds the same is a bit of reach maybe 2 songs have the same vibe but each doing literally feels different. I think you were expecting something else.

If this album had been made by The Weekend it would probably be in the top 1, literally this album is more eighties than any album by The Weekend, but Tory is not given the recognition he deserves.

Haha def going to subscribe BUT I will have to disagree with you when you talk about the repetitiveness, it is a 80s theme album, that was the entire 80s by the repetitiveness, the longer and more repeated chorus’s and such. Every track my share some of the similar high tats and melodies, but each song he is talking about a different topic, energy, him being alone at PROM. Like midnight interlude is “ why don’t you want my love, why don’t you want me baby” then in 87 stingray it’s literally just him talking ab how fired up he gets when he’s with her” or in hurt from mercury when he can’t believe how bad it hurts, then follows with last kiss of nebulon and basically says “ you say it’s over , it ain’t over baby” so they have uniqueness I think, but I have to be honest I also noticed how repetitive ,especially Pluto‘s last comment was, some of the songs were. But you are going to have to give it some more less since I promise and you will absolutely adore it like I do! Lmk
