I do very similar daily/morning routines as you do - drink lukewarm water with lemon, eat oatmeal or plain yoghurt with granola and fruits etc. Do morning yoga for stretching and try to be active and in positive mood in general 😀

First of all, thank you very much for your videos. I also have a daily routine. Every morning when I wake up, I drink a glass of water. After a good breakfast, I do yoga because I'm pregnant. Before pregnancy, I was doing other exercises. I am learning two languages at the same time, so I try to take a walk every 20 minutes. Every night I sleep around 10:30 until 7:00. That's all.🥤

I was surprised to hear that todays topic was "Hell" (sometimes I seem to mishear words) my health regimen is 地産地消, 地産地消 means "local food production and consumption" when I shop at the grocery store, I choose local ingredients even if its expensive (with no food additives)
First of all my health habit isn't smoking as well as non alcoholic drinking, consuming organic foods especially fruits and vegetables, never push my brain to stressful just let it go, and when i feel tired just go to sleep immediately. That's it.
Keep it up guys, i really loved the episode and felt it really close to me , i also like to maintian on healthy habits everyday because ofc they are what making our qulaity of life. John Dryden once said "We first make our habits, then our habits make us." ♥♥♥
