Back to the pencil. Come write with me for an hour. As the great Thomas Harris said about his writing process, "...Sometimes you really have to shove and grunt and sweat. Some days you go to your office and you're the only one who shows up, none of the characters show up, and you sit there by yourself, feeling like an idiot. You should! It can be a very lonely practice so it's always great to share and build community around it!

Like you, I prefer my pen. I feel that few things give me the feeling of expressing emotions in a more natural way, away from machines. My inspiration comes perhaps every time I fall and think I can't get out of it, as if my inner conflicts turn into a story as my pen glides over the paper. I think a writer must go through many events, otherwise a masterpiece cannot be created. I find your point of view close to my own and I would like to be friends with you and discuss these issues.
