So this isnt a Mobitz Type 2 Heart block because there are R-R intervals of both shorter and longer durations than the normal R-R of complex 1 and 2? Or is it a mobitz 2 heart block + PACs occuring at same time?
Remember that in Mobitz Type II the p-p intervals are regular. In isolation atrial depolarization in mobitz 2 occurs at regular interval. Although, in this strip there are p waves that are not conducted, they are premature. Clinically I am sure it is possible to see premature bests in the pressence of AV block but you need more information than this short strip 7.19
@@suevital5747 Thank you very much that makes so sense. So this rhythm cannot be 2nd degree block because p-p interval isnt regular aka there is premature atrial contraction which happen to be non-conducting making it look like a 2nd degree block. Thanks again.
PVC would not have a p wave associated since it originates in the ventricle and it would have an abnormally long QRS duration since ventricular depolarization does not follow the normal conduction pathway.
Very good explanation, thank you!
Awesome explanation dear
Looking for ward for more videos
Superb
Thanks for clear explanation

When measuring am I to always start at the beginning or am I measuring at the first Normal rr I can find
hi from Colombia what book do you use to practice ECG?
ECG Workout: Exercises in Arrhythmia Interpretation
Would number 5 be inverted pwave?😊
Is the wave just after 4th qrs p or t ??
Am confused, why not PVC but PAC? Cause u compared QRS right? If R-wave is sooner why not PVC?

@@suevital5747 thank you😲
