Beautiful video Leela...so deep! Resonate with a lot of what you say there.... something feels like coming up here and that's where you say about rejection to try to avoid it as it only worsens....this seems to be the biggest hurdle here, like rejecting myself (and others, although as there are no others it's one and the same) it's strange because before this path of awakening it wasn't noticed so much but now it's right infront of my face, impossible to avoid it seems...like a tremendous fear of being seen to do wrong which creates the rejection...saying it's collosal is an understatement...as you say even that is this but it's this existential fear, like a fear of death, the fear actually feels like deathz body trembling....reminds me of that poem from Kabir where the river meets the ocean she trembles with fear before disappearing into the vastness...feels like what this is what's happening here but yet something is holding on for dear life.....just thought I'd share and wondered if you had any thoughts on that....much love 🙏❤️
Aww. Thank you for sharing! Yes! Everything you said sounds very familiar when looking back at my own path. I promise there is nothing to fear. The body mind is just innocently reacting to its circumstances as an expression. It clearly says nothing about you, and it's already allowed. We eventually lean into the uncomfortable sensations and see that without the story of knowing, it's just energy. Pure aliveness already. The body can handle the intense sensations in its own time. This is what is really longed for, to know what's it's like to be this person on this beautiful heros journey. That's this, too. 🥰🙏💖

I have been studying physics and metaphysical relationship with word , experience, expression of informations
In my opinion, ego is never surpassed, but doesn't have to be inflated or polarity. After that, yes , you are, somewhat an angel, in the way that the archetype can be inflated once the ego has been balanced. The position of observation and neutral output seems to be key
What I currently identify as hyperbolic orthogonality in physics has a direct relationship to computer code and shadow effect. It is also involved in isomeric separation . The isomeric separation as defined shows an example of archetype and stereotype in the two different molecular expressions.
In the hyperbolic orthogonality of words,
The past and future are only exaggerated expression of now in hyperbolic function of orthogonality

It's just my hypothesis that there are mechanical aspect of emotion and information exchange, processing and storage and that we can not manipulate the dynamics and need to try and understand some variables and understand that the unknown is a variable of constant
