Collecting One Tonne of Opium From Bristol

The Boatbreakers team were asked to collect a tonne of opium from a marina near Bristol. When the email first came in we were shocked at first.
When the team arrived it became clear that the Opium in question was actually a Birchwood 22 river boat. The boat had flat batteries and the marina she was in has no facility to move the boat. So the team had to rope the boat around the marina.
Luckily it was a quiet day in the marina so we didn't have too much trouble. Although it was raining so there was every chance we could have ended up in the water ourselves.

I think 90% of the boats in that place need to be recycled 😂😂

It was a real graveyard for old boats. Could have taken our pick really!
