Surely we won't have to scrap this boat?! Project Huzar 30 in need of saving!

- Time to try and save another boat. A EM Yachts Huzar 30 fin keel yacht. She is a boat that we had bought and sold on but had to refund the new owner as her hidden problem revealed itself. We bought the boat in good faith without lifting her out for a survey (we know, this is our mistake). But once she eventually came out of the water it was clear the fin keel was damaged.
We are looking to see if anyone wants to take her on as a project and if she isn't saved we will break her up for the sum of her parts. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Well I hope someone out there will step forward and take this opportunity/ project on as it would be a shame to strip it / part it out and crush it. But who ever does step forward must have/ do the repairs properly. Look forward to hearing back on this project. Thank you for an excellent job on this one. I'd defo be looking at the keel pan and hull grid too if the keel looked like that

Is the issue just the keel or is there damage to the mountings and bolts in the hull ?
All topsides were redone about 10 yrs ago. Foam core not stuck to the sandwich.
What would it cost to have a professional do the keel rebuild?
Put it this way mate, if u did get a professional to do it u would be quids in 👍
The owner was quoted £15k to sort the issue. Some of that cost would be in transporting the boat to and from the place of repair. So the actual repair would be closer to 10k.
It would be professional-S as the people removing and refitting it would be different from the ones recasting it. You could just about remove and refit the keel yourself and/or hire a crane to lift the boat if you took it to a boatyard that wasn't fussy about that kind of thing (it certainly wouldn't be allowed where it currently is), but the recasting is an absolutely unavoidable specialist job where it'll have to be sent away to some foundry. £10k for that alone doesn't seem unreasonable and it's quite likely you'll have to wait months before you get it back. If you really, really controlled your costs and don't expect it to be in the water for at least a year then it's doable, but it's certainly on the borderline of "more trouble than it's worth".

No, she was saved shortly after we posted this video. :) She's been fixed and her new owner takes her out regularly.
Why don’t you spend the money to replace/repair it??
I'm back after research it's 26000. Can $ plus buying it off your company, plus taxes. And the boat when done is worth? My uneducated guess is it's pretty sure to be stripped of sale able items just for you to recoup your original investment. It's unfortunate but reality dictates . Pretty sure her new name is crushed 😮😔.
Given the sorry history of this particular yacht, it should be stripped and crushed.
