ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 tbs of baking powder
Method
cream eggs and sugar
add oil
add milk
add vanilla essence
Line baking pans with paper
Fold in Baking Powder to flour stir in too create air
Pour in pans put in Oven Preheated at 350 C
Bake for 35 minutes.
1.5 cups maida
You missed flour...???
How I measure 3/4 cup of oil.
Not 350 C. Its 350 F
What if I need to bake just 1 sponge?

Yes exactly 1 tablespoon baking powder. Make sure your baking powder isn’t expired.
Ok I need to confess here that I watched so many no oven cake recipes and this one seemed to be the easiest one and when I started it I had doubts that there must be some hidden tactics which mam Ruby didn't tell us and I was expecting my cake to be hard and not edible, to be very honest. But it turned out to be so amazing and everyone loved it so much that I came here to say thanks and sorry for underestimation 🤪

Ruby ma'am I have tried this recipe. The cake turned out perfect but the outer layer was a bit hard.. I would also let you know that I didn't have the mould for cake, I used a steel bowl instead. Now I want to know why was my outer layer a bit hard, because I followed exactly the instructions you told.
