I gotta tell ya... It really warms my heart seeing some younger guys in the garage and turning some wrenches... take a broke down machine and turning it into something useful. This is what the younger generation is missing. So many useless "men" out there that can't tell the difference between a hammer and a screwdriver. It's awesome! No matter where your futures take you, being able to use your hands is an incredible value. This is the stuff I try to teach my own kid. I despise useless dudes. Y'all keep up the good work. Great project!

lot of people commenting on them doing unnecessary work and being stupid but failing to understand they are young...and even if they are taking stuff apart that they dont need to they are only learning more about the bike by doing so.

I tore mine apart a couple weeks ago. Putting new tires and other cool parts on. But you don’t have to pull the whole engine out to put not clutch springs in. You can pull just the clutch cover which is smaller and is shaped like a circle. You can take off the clutch spring screws and pull the top off. Then you can just slide em on and retighten the clutch springs and your done!

Well done boys good job! Recently me and my twin brother start the restoration of a 42 years old Honda CB50. I can see the engines are identical if not the same! Yesterday we put a 82cc Kitaco kit and a bigger oil pump. Can't wait to break in and full throttle it!

Yall did a pretty good job.. but made me cringe putting car oil in that crank case right after replacing the clutch plates. If your not gonna run motorcycle specific oil. At least run rotella diesel oil. It dosent affect the wet clutch like regular car oil does

You have a great garage/bench and set of tools at your disposal, which is so key in working on bikes. Keep up the great work!

Hey I just did a top end on a 2006 honda crf80f and we've done the heat cycles and everything but when you roll on to the throttle In mid range the bike stutters kinda like what you're bike was doing then you started riding but if you get past that point its fine anything you know that might fix or help it?

No you're running the right oil the bike calls for 10w40 in the owners manual, these kids technically put the wrong oil in but it won't hurt anything
