- The calibration of the electric power steering is shown in this video. Lack of calibration after working on parts of the suspension and steering system commonly lead to the malfunction of the electric power steering system.

Thank you so much ! I was having trouble with different ease of steering after mounting new sensor and everyone I've asked said, that I must remove the sensor and calibrate it manually. I've done it, but it moved anyway and the trouble kept going. I did not know about this option of calibration with MES, so I've tried it today and it did the trick ! You've saved me a lot of headache of dismantling steering column and trying to get it right again and again.

Köszönöm a bemutatót. Lehetett volna szóban bővebben és akár lasabban is mert aki nem annyira rutinos mint Te annak nem annyira egyértelmű. Arról nem is beszélve hogy mekkora befektetés egy kalibrálásért. A weboldalon sok hasznos dolgot olvastam amiért csak köszönet jár.

Helló, van egy punto-m 2/b 2003 1.4 16 szelepes. Az a problémám hogy a kormánykereket egy kicsit balra kell fordítanom hogy egyenesen haladjon. Tegnap voltam futómű beállításon, de nem oldotta meg a hibát. Van esetleg ötlet mi okozhatja? Előre is köszönöm.
Helló, ha amúgy nem húz az autó jobbra, hanem ebben a balra tekert állapotban állnak egyenesen a kerekek, akkor a kormány helyes pozícióba szerelésével megoldható a probléma. Ha húz is, főleg a futómű beállítás után, akkor én visszamennék oda, ahol beállították...
@@puntonium2961 Helló, közben megoldódott a probléma mivel szervizben volt az autó és ott cserélték az első lengőkarokat ezért elállítódott a futómű. Azt viszont elfelejtették mondani, hogy futómű beállítás nem volt... Köszönöm a választ. Minden jót és kellemes ünnepeket!
ez jóó! próba képp felraktam a laptopomra ezt a multiecusscan programot és működne, ha lenne ilyen kábelem. A free változattal végre lehet hajtani a kalibrációt? nekem van egy kínai bluetoothos ELM327-es hibakód olvasóm, azzal is működhet? Vagy spéci kábel kell hozzá?
A free-vel nem működik sajnos. Ha a meglévő kábellel sikerül a szervo vezérlőhöz kapcsolódni, akkor ez is menni fog vele. De van rá esély, hogy nem fog működni, sok a rossz kínai elm327.
Szia, nekem c1007 es motorhibát dobta fel, ki lettek cserélve a relék és továbbra sem müködik. Van valami ötleted esetleg? :)
Hali, nekem Pandam van de ugyanaz a szervó és motor is 1.2 8V. Kaptam torqur position sensor fault-ot, néha indítás után, főleg hidegben, ujrainditasnal megszűnik. Megcsináltam a kalibraciot viszont nekem MES 4.8 van abban messze nem látok ennyi elő adatot többek között az áramfelvetelt sem ami fontos lenne, ötlet?
I've had similar problem. For me, position sensor error occured sometimes when car was cold last winter. Replacing the torque/angle sensor in the column fixed it.
Hello! I have changed my steering motor but i still i have the red steering wheel logo... does this remove it? I cant delete the error code.
What error code do you get?

I have changed the steering box and motor the steering goes well but i still have the error logo on the dash.
U1602 - you are reading the error code of the engine control unit, probably with a faulty elm327 type interface. Faulty means it has a 120 ohm termination resistor between can lines. Anyhow, you should use Multiecuscan and read the steering unit's faults. If you changed what you mention, you deffinately should do the alignment process.
