    Great work Tracey. I’ve recently reached 10k$ invested and making on average 30$/month. One year into it and fully in love with it. 💎

    Good point around ETF's, holding just one ETF/Index Fund is adequate in most cases and provides all the diversification to mitigate risk. "When you own an index fund, you're also protected against all the unlucky decisions that active fund managers are liable to make” - Tony Robbins. Another good vid from Tracey! Keep em coming!! :)

    Any chance of you doing a video of how your shares have been over time. A comparison from your starting point till current (timeline). ie; how much growth over the years in price and dividend? Has it been worthwhile? (guessing very much so!) How long has it taking you get this far? ps; loving the videos!

    hi tracey. love your video. just want to know where i can find your video on platforms to buy etf and stocks. do you use vanguard for vanguard etf?

    • @swankykoala4836
      @swankykoala4836 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't need to use Vanguard Personal Investor to purchase their ETFs, although, the platform is pretty limited as you can only buy Vanguard products. Michael Ko made a video listing investing platforms, such as Pearler, Selfwealth, Superhero, Stake, etc. Keep in mind that a platform can either use a CHESS model or a Custodian model, which could affect your decision.

    i love that i found a personal finance channel where the focus is on slow, steady truly 100% passive income ❤️
    aussie wealth creation's strategy is too focused on active investing, and it's so stressful watching his videos.
    you exude such a calm energy. and after watching your videos, it really feels like investing isn't a complicated thing at all. in fact, it's very simple - just stick to good sense rules, be patient and rational, and the gold will come.
    i'm curious tracey, what was your career before you started living off your dividend income?

    • @TraceyEdwards

    Hi Tracy, what is your opinion on computershares as a registry? I am turned off buying stocks because they charge $55 to purchase your EOFY tax statement and when my portfolio isn't that large $55 is quite a big chunk. Compared to Linkedmarket serivces who do not charge you for your own EOFY statement.

    @sng2225 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Thanks Tracey. Great insight into your approach on portfolio rebalance. Interesting your approach on whether to invest evenly or not. Personally I like to keep investments even. However I assume you mean by a company doing well as in growing dividend as opposed to share price? All things being even a dropping price if it doesn't indicate bad things happening to the company then it means a cheaper buy-in price?
