How to replace Headlight Bulbs in a 370Z!!!

The grooves (2:38) on the headlight bulb's plastic apron line up to something in the headlight assembly?

I’m pretty sure yes, this was a while ago, but I think it goes in and you might have to turn it like 180 degrees. But I can’t remember exactly

Thanks, do I need to disconnect the battery for this?
The user manual on my 2012 Z mentions that Xenon is risky and to make sure to remove the battery, but this video does not mention this, so I am a little confused.

I did not remove the battery, but you can just disconnect the positive lead and move it to the side if you want to be safe

Update- I used this video to perform the replacement, thank you so much ❤ It works great!
Some learnings (cause I am a noob)-
The wheel well liner can be hard to put back, I thought I had installed it back well enough, but after a long drive found that it had burnt off on the outer side as it was probably rubbing against the tire- so I got that one thing to fix, luckily I only did one bulb.
Also I disconnected the negative terminal and covered the clamp with a cloth to avoid accidental shorting before beginning.

too bad the tutorial is incomplete, probably this car was crashed, mine has extra clips holding the metal on the fenders, they are different, so I'll have to look elsewhere to figure out how to do this...

Oof, I would say you should look up 370z headlight housing or retainer clip, if you can’t find anything you might have to replace the headlight if it’s wiggling too much

@@tuned_productions yeah i tried looking up the part for the z but all i found were retainers for other cars , i thought about going to a nissan dealership to see if they can help but i’ll see , preciate it tho
