    I like the idea of keeping mower integrity... rather than a total strip-down and pimp...

    Since the motors are wired backward, his left and right are reversed on joystick hence the faux pas.
    some of these motors have to be connected in series and some in parallel to the sabertooth controller depending which way they face as in push or pull.

    Very well explained I’m not able to weld anything so brackets and lots of self motivation the motors are very hard to mount without the original wheels. thanks for your video

    Good idea. You must have a VERY smooth lawn to use front casters that small.

      I did changed the front wheels to bigger ones but I did not update the Video.

    That has a very high degree of awesomeness :) ... I like it a lot.... I started to build a wheelchair based apple collecting robot (called Pip) a few years back in 2010, but after reverse engineering the SharkBus protocol (used by the joystick to communicate with the motor controller) and adding ultrasonic range finders onto it, I never actually got around to making it collect apples... I'll definitely be revisiting my hacked wheelchair one day. As once wheelchair hacker to another, I'd like to say "Nice work Sir!!" ... Cheers!!

    You've got a self-propelled walk-behind mower. Replace that left front wheel with a pulley and hook it up to an alternator with a belt to keep your battery charged up.

    You'd have a lot less resistance if you'd put larger rubber tires on the fwont of the mower.. It looks like you built this from a jazzy scooter for the elderly, is that right?

    The remote is the R/C remote with two channels or more you can buy them from Ebay or hobby store.

    @0:50, without the lawn mower, frame, batteries (option), remote controller (option), and drawing how much would you charge?

    • @Mark1Jordon1
      @Mark1Jordon1  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So you want just the motor # schematic and option for couple farther questions, I have to put the schematic together or make you a small video of all necessary component plus Arduino sketch plus graphical software for your IPhone or Ipad ?
      Or do you want the built module with loaded software + software that you put on your IOS devices? you have to make a frame + wheels (motor) + batteries and all other component like screw anchor and ....
      where are you located At?

    • @Mark1Jordon1
      @Mark1Jordon1  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Check the updated video that I used Iphone and Ipad to control the lawnmower.

    It seem to go pretty fast where you get this motors and what type can go this fast. Will it works for just 12 volt and how much power can it pull?
