honestly i hope that phoenix flash gets a bit extended just because of how easy it is to flash yourself
as a viper main, i felt that harbor ult on a deeper personal level :(
i'm p. sure you can jump and run around to counter-act it. i know its been 2 months, just in case you haven't been able to overcome his ult yet
