This is a great teach for my first game on RtT, a site I just learned about this week. At 1:05:10 when you're saying that the Cartels get zero bases with Tingo Maria, can't the Cartel place a second base in the city of Medellin? At 1:19:00 when you're talking about when the govt would ever NOT take Tapias, maybe late in the game when there's not as much time for the economic advantage of the card to pile up but a Faction OP has a necessary impact on the game in the moment?
This was great both for understanding the game and how Rally the Troops works.
Seeing a 4 hour, part 1, learn-to-play is wild.
