In this video we show how to fit Knott 250 x 40 Brake shoes on an older backplate.
These trailer brakes have been used on. Knott, Avonride, Bradley, Meredith and Eyre, Peak and Indespension axles.
It's harder to fit the shoes on the older back plate as the shoe retainer is located between the spring and the expander.
