My plan is to use my fullbacks in the box to have centre backs covering the middle "just incase" I then want my wingers to drop deep essentially becoming full backs and potentially it leaves a gap over the top for strikers if need be and if not we can play quick moving and hit on a fast counter.
I love this! I've been looking for ways to help my team get better at building out of the back. How do you rotate players in and out to let everyone get a chance to practice? Especially during the early phases of the drill. I have young kids that get easily distracted if they have to stand around too long.
When I do these types of drills I break the team up into 2 groups and have the other kids do a different activity with the assistant coach. Otherwise, you're right, you do have kids standing around doing nothing and they disengage.
I do like this take on the build out. Nicely done.
this is the only video that takes into account the AYSO system of play

Good 👍
👍🏻
Where to place the starting position when playing 8v8 with 3 defenders, 3 midfielders and one attacker?
Could you do a 9v9 building out the back ??
Is the gatekeeper allowed to move goals during play or do they choose a goal and then stay in that goal?
Yeah have them move to different goals as play develops
There is way too much off an overload here. It makes it difficult to translate in to a real game.
