Hello you lovely lot ! We thoroughly enjoyed our Scotland tour and already miss it. Dont forget to subscribe to our channel for more adventures and to keep updated with where we are ! We are planning on returning‘NORTH’ soon !
Haha Kilmarnock is where we live. If we had known we could have met up. The two divers in the town centre is where the river runs under the town. And the Johnnie walker factory was on balmoral road and hill street and is now the home of the new Kilmarnock collage.
Love Greggs❤ Body snatchers or resurrection men dug up newly buried bodies and sold them to anatomy schools to be dissected. The famous body snatchers were Burke and Hare they were from Edinburgh. If you want to visit Edinburgh use Park & Ride. If you are going to do the islands in Scotland be prepared for Ferry delays so take extra supplies with you from the Mainland. Happy safe travelling to both of you❤
Well done, don't know how you have done seven weeks in this cold ❄️. Looking forward to seeing where you go in Europe, somewhere warmer I hope and will be following your adventures all the way. See you all on your next video. xx
Hi Mark, if you wear a ball cap under your hood in inclement weather, the peak will keep the hood drooping over your face, improve your field of vision and also stops rain dripping down your face! Hope this helps with you not seeing where you are going. Otherwise I suggest you get your balance checked out. I’m 77 so I have an excuse but you are too young to be always falling over. Consider yourselves fortunate with your food prices, try living here!🇨🇦
Another great vlog Mark cracks me up … what is name of the background music that you often use it’s so gentle and soothing ? Grave robbers sold the bodies to medical institutions as well as for valuables ❤
Thank you so much for showing us round Scotland for the last few weeks. I have really enjoyed it. I love watching you both. Look forward to the rest of your trips around Europe. Can’t wait thank you again
Hi from Northern Ireland lisa and Mark The thing i love about your videos is the local info you give out. Now getting our own van. Thankyou youve aced it x
Dripping.... yummy. Mark I remember exactly what you described. Used to love the white & brown part of the dripping on toast with a bit of salt. Tool me right back to my childhood.
I have enjoyed your videos & your tour of Scotland from Northern English perspective it’s been good fun I know the north of England well & have relatives in Leeds, Greater Manny, Lancashire & have lived there & they are very kind people & humble.
Robert Burns. His first ever edition of his poems are known as the Kilmarnock edition. As they were printed in the town. He had an association with a lot of towns in Ayrshire so that could be the reason the town has a Statue of him.
Hope Mark enjoyed his Kilmarnock trip😉😂 Brilliant video to end your Scottish tour, it’s all been amazing. Thankyou, and looking forward to following your Europe adventures.
Fantastic video as always mark and Lisa, we used to use dripping on our toast in the 70s loved it probably why mark mentioned it.take care Lisa n mark n little chico.👍👍🐾.

Hey guys ,really enjoyed your Scottish adventures. I've been stuck in the house since before Christmas recovering from a couple of broken bones and your videos have been a welcome distraction. Hope to see you back here soon. Martin.
Those runs are the ‘Park Run’ every week in many towns, usually round local parks, or seafronts the distance is 5 km (3.1 miles) usually get 200-300 attending 😊
Digging up freshly buried bodies was big business at that period in history; cadavers were very important for research to the emerging medical professions in which Scotland was leading the world at the time.
Loved sharing your travels, fabulous views, information and great charity shop bargains! I’m sure Mark can’t wait to get to the Continent to sample all the wonderful fruit, salads and veg 🤭 safe travels.
There is still a Mortsafe around a grave at Borley Church in Essex..about 1.5 miles from Long Melford .. would highly reccomend Long Melford and Lavernham if your passing on your way to Europe.. Borley Church is said to be the most haunted Church in England!
Thank you mark and Lisa for such lovely vlogs of Scotland we have really enjoyed them keep safe and take care on your future journeys best wishes Sheila and family
Robert Burns is revered throughout Scotland, you will find memorials and statues in nearly every town/city. We even celebrate his birthday every January 25th.

Hi Great vlog guy's there's always something interesting in the content, I think we saw you on Friday in Burnley Asda didn't stop looked like you were busy sorting you travel money out. Maybe we will see you on the road when I get our van converted.
Was a teen in Ayr. Used to drink in The Wellington aka the Wellie. Used to put out huge trays of free pies when sport was on, take them to your table, then their massive alsatian would come and take them off you.😂 Used the drink cargos in the auld Kirk yard too.
New sub here❤ Great videos, on a binge watching right now. Originally from Glasgow, Scotland. Now in Taylor, Michigan. Left Scotland at 19 years old. Married an American sailor stationed in Holy Loch, Scotland Saltcoats, good seaside place. Childhood memories, along with Air, troon, trossachs, loch lomand. Thanks guys. ❤
