Working in retail I have come across this. On occasion, the computer will have a pop-up, stating to the cashier, that the particular item has a recall on it and to let the customer know that the item cannot be purchased. Love the grocery hauls. Much love from Chicago.

Yes a little liquid soqp in the bottom and water to the top and you have foaming hand wash! I just use my Dawn because my hubby prefers it!

I definitely need to start doing the grocery shopping alone. I like to take my time and browse, look at ingredients & macros etc.. hubby comes with and not too long after starting, it's like I have a toddler with me throwing a fit because I'm taking too long

I had that happen at Walmart to me as well, it was a bottle of hairspray that was recalled. I was not allowed to buy it. Great haul as always!
Oh the Poppyseed dressing is delightful! My sister would make a salad of mixed greens, sliced strawberries or canned mandarin oranges(drained) and put that dressing on it. SOOO good. I hope you enjoy it.
We made this we added red onions.

Amy, I feel like this was a great hall because you seriously haven’t been doing stock up hauls all that much. So to only spend that much for like once every 3 months for the size of your family is pretty good, considering that you used to spend about $1200 or more per month. So I think you’re doing terrific and I’m definitely getting pesto, tortellini and chicken now, you’ve got me having a craving now!! Lol.

$50,000 grocery haul might be a *bit* spendy, even with 50,000 people at home 😂 Love shopping with you. I bought rotisserie chicken this week too. To be honest, the chicken is way more juicy than my own oven roasted chicken 🤷♀️

You said your kids like the veggie straws. I personally find Aldi brand veggies straws to be at the same price or less per oz. then Sam's club and we like them just the same. (Adli also has veggie chips style. Great for scooping.)

Amy, have you ever made roasted chickpeas? I started making them for my son who couldn’t have popcorn when he got braces on. You just drain a can of chickpeas, drizzle with olive oil and whatever seasoning you like and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

With as much as I go through, by no fault of my own, I’m considering the purchase if it’s still worth it in the long run I’m sure. (maybe) lol I use Scott brand anyway.
Anywho, nice haul Amy! Sad but true…no matter how much we save to do the shop to stock haul, it’s almost as though it matters none that we shop to save like we use to. Prices have gone up across the board. Doubtful it changes anytime soon, we must ride the wave when it hits us!

Had the same issue with equate products at walmart. They are on recall - but what's frustrating it that they don't pull it from the shelves.

My mom works @ Walmart and apparently if something is expired then the system won't let them sell it to you, and although I don't think soap really expires, I think they still put best by dates on them and other cleaners. I know odd right?

Loved this video, I enjoy seeing what different households eat. I have just done an online shop to stock us up and it’s cost me £300 but we eat far more protein and less carbs than you do. Husband Rarely has pasta, bread, rice and I can’t eat it so our money usually goes on meat and veggies nd the bits in between! …it’s good to know that the kids using mouth wash has helped their teeth but did you know they should not use it straight after brushing? It’s washes away all the good stuff in the toothpaste that sits there after brushing to help. You shouldn’t rinse your mouth out after brushing either, if you read the toothpaste packs it tells you. Most of the people I know have no idea about this and have been brushing and mouth washing wrong their whole lives! Just thought I’d let you know just incase you didn’t know either. Thanks again for the awesome videos as alway! 🤗

We love that Sams club white balsamic vinaigrette. It’s also great to marinate chicken.

Walmart is really bad for saying a price on the shelf and when you scan the iteam it show up for more money then you seen on the price tag on the shelf don't be shy just tell the cashier you don't want the item it's to over priced. I try to stay away from Walmart I live in Canada so I like shopping at places where I get cash back for shopping at there store Okey bye

Amy I in joyed your shopping day trip . you shop like me . I always talk to my self while I’am shopping lol 😆. Was that BJ’s you were at ? . Do you. Have Costco were you are ? . I just heard WeAre getting one soon plans are in the works . Some residents don’t want one because of the extra traffic it will make . I on the other hand say great I would love to have one . Why not ? . I’am all about saving money we’re ever I can . I’am sure you are to especially with such a large family . I figure for a family of 4 about $ 100.00 per person per mouth so about $ 400.00 total per month . I usually go over by $ 100.00 or more when I’am totally out of things . BJ’s coast about $ 600.00 then . Then $ 60.00 at the meat market but that’s just fresh ground hamburger 10 lbs and 20 fresh cut hamburgers . So not to bad . Then my local shop rite $ 150.00 for fruits and veggies and snacks and my locally made hotdog’s they sell and locally made sausages And locally made Italian bread and odds and ends . So not to bad . If the hand soap was the last thing they scanned you could have been over your limit of items to buy. Walmart now has a limit to how many items you can buy. I hear it in another YT channel, and she even called several different Walmarts and they told her yea there is now a limit.
