    Hi, Professor D. Merry Christmas!❤
I am returning after 8 months of being an RN. After graduation, I passed my NCLEX in 85 questions, first attempt. You were in my head. I was calm and knew that God was with me.
You are truly sent by the Lord, and I thank you for being a willing vessel to instruct students.
Your teaching throughout my schooling proved perfect. The questions, the thought process, critical thinking, and intervention explanations and reasonings you provided was and remains stellar.
I often come back just to review.
    Thank you so much.
May God continue to bless you as He uses you to make the world a better and safer world.
    ❤❤

Thank You Proffesor D. I did my Nclex on 1st Dec and passed on my first attempt !!!! Your prayers kept me going. I watched all your videos and I learned so much especially eliminating the wrong answers. Your personality disorders video and mental health drugs especially lithium gave me confidence and it’s something i will never forget Thanks a million times. I’m from Kenya.❤❤

Professor D, thank you for sharing your knowledge. I am so grateful that you shared the rationale for each answer, and the reasons for excluding the other options. May you be blessed.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone! 🎄☃️However, at 6:23 Prof D you forgot to switch to the question about the enema.
Here are the question and choices:
A nurse is administering a cleansing enema to a client with fecal impaction. Before administering the enema, the nurse places the client in which position?
    1. Left Sims' position (Correct)
    2. Right Sims' position
    3. Left-side of the body with the head of bed elevated 45 degrees
    4. Right-side of the body with the head of bed elevated 45 degrees

Hello Professor, Everything I learned in the core classes because of you. I have a question for you and I need advice. I reside in South Florida. I am currently in my 3rd nursing school;, due to finding a decent school. Started on West Coast, but left because of financial reasons. I feel. I am in the same situation again w/ horrible professors and a lack of good clinicals. I need to finish what should do? Please everyone Chimei n.

What semester are you in? Your professors should change as your classes change. Do what you can control, despite poor professors. I know people that only study the PowerPoints the professors provide, but personally skimming the textbook and taking notes from that works best for me. Keep your head up and keep grinding!!

Wishing you and all you love a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Now, with this putting patient on left side, it is always a good idea for pregnancy, but after gastrostomy feeding they are saying put the patient on the right side because the stomach is J shaped and can pouch the food better. I think that is incorrect. You want the patient on the left side to avoid aspiration and after seizure.???? Please clarify in future videos for everyone. God Bless You! I think you are beautiful and I don't care about the make-up, we all have days like that, no big deal. :)
