Pretty certain that in the final episodes, the Watcher will explain why he and his kind swore this oath of non-interference, which will pretty much be the same reason why they did it in the comics.
I can understand if it has butterfly effect similiar to flash point paradox and spiderman where it warps the rules od pre ordain canon effect and makes all connection possibilities turn out for worst or bring more chaos than order and more destruction similiar to episode with planet destroy but even worse or messed up scale also we didn't get missing zombie episode yet which is probably next episode
