I have this one. Just recently used during Hurricane Catherine in Louisiana. Used it to run a fan, TV, my lap top. Also used it for short use to run My full size fridge, and coffe maker.
A few other things. It did great. Fully charged it back up using my truck AC output. Satisfied with what I needed it for.
So if the power goes out, how come it doesn't come with a DC charge cord? So you can charge it by your vehicle. The sun might not be out.

Yes. I use this to run my iceco DC fridge freezer and it works great
Chest freezer yes run and yes 500w search run mini fridge
I charge my Apple 🍏 watch, and cell phone. The light is a great addition too. Also, run a small fan at nite. #vanlife
Jackery is a joke. Plus this unit is way to small. I use 3 EcoFlow Delta’s and one River.
Jackery is solid. This may be too small of a unit for you but could definitely be big enough for someone else's situation. It's all dependent on your electrical needs.
