For instance, there's one type of loaded dice where you have to firmly press it against your palm, or breathe warm breath on it, in order to melt wax that shifts a weight in it. So him using the same dice means nothing

Love the games becoming progressively more skill based 😂 Putting a black pawn in one hand and a white pawn in the other and having them pick a hand is another good one. Go players, one guy grabs a bunch of tiles, and the other guy grabs one or two to indicate odd or even.
I sometimes like to troll in my locals calling the dice roll by throwing each 5 dices, and the one who is nearest to 21, won the dice roll, like blackjack, is cool and we always laught a lot and let off some tension when we are on last round finals or things like that
