I am so proud of you! I’ve been watching you since you started and I am so happy to see you become successful. This sweater design is amazing. I can’t wait to see the final result.
Nicole - when I first saw your drawing “mistakes”, before I knew they were mistakes, I thought, “Wow, are those lines leather ties or embellishments? Damn, I’m in”. 😂
So chuffed that you're using a versioh of the cable tab cast on again! I am knitting my second I Am No Man (first time was a summery cotton blend, this time is squishy brown BFL wool) and I LOVED THAT CAST ON and the fact I didnt have to knit any ribbing. The compound raglan fitting was perrrrfect for me. Also stuck ny head in a book by Nora Gaughan after your recent episode and lost some hours. It was wonderful. Cheering on your designing and recent mental health adventures (makes it sound fun, it isnt, but hopefully what I meant cones across). 😊❤🎉
Loved watching this video! I think a toggle style button would make a lot of sense for Thorin and this design. I really loved seeing the swatch. The cables look so cool! I haven't knit cables before, its one of those knitting things I haven't stirred up the courage to try (also nervously glances as mosaic knitting and brioche, lol). Its so cool to see your process and you doing the damn hard things :)
Love it! Soooo glad to see you back, yay you! I also agree no buttons, although some huge pewter ones would rock, I think that a penannular brooch would be just as good if not better if you wanted to close it a bit. Or shawl clasps!

I think a toggle style button would make sense for Thorin. Otherwise, I'd just leave it optional. I'm super excited for this though!!!!

What I'm hearing is I'll have an excuse to get a penannular brooch 😂 Cool! Love your swatches! Too bad that green was splitty; it's such a great color
