Thanks, Nicole these videos are priceless to newbies. I'm still new, I've only done 7 or 8 events since getting my booth business together, and the bugbear every time the grainy pics. I've upgraded to wand lighting and I've had a new backdrop which has helped tremendously. The only thing I'm not doing is using an iPad Pro. I'm using a 9th gen standard one. But, on paper this is the same spec (12mp front-facing camera) I wanna pull the trigger on a pro but I'm unsure when the next-gen Pro will come out and I don't wanna buy one and it is out of date within months. Anyway, keep doing what you're doing it's inspiring. Love from the UK :-)

Thanks for your kind words! I really love the iPad Pro. It looks like no release date is set just yet for 2023 but possibly 2024 so here’s hoping 🤞 otherwise you can’t go wrong with the gen 5/6 of the iPad Pro

Nicole thanks for the tips. So helpful - maybe you can do a video on correctly setting a printer. My DNP620A colors are so inconsistent - the colors are always off.

Interesting! I’ve definitely played with adjusting the brightness on the printer. But when you mean the colors are off, is it more of a certain color?

Thank you for being so kind Nicole-we appreciate you. Do you use the umbrella lighting with just the IPAD or only the DSLR? Thank you much :)

Only iPad! Unnecessary with the dslr (guac) because it has a built in flash

So after 4 months I’m still struggling with text and print. I have aircast pro and sometimes an ok Wi-Fi at the event. Should I get hotspot? I have T-Mobile? Ty

I always bring my hotspot as a backup for these kinds of scenarios.

What software do you use to be able to print the photos for the Photo Booth?

    • @ownyourmomentco

Salsa software for the Photo Booth and aircast pro for the wireless capabilities

There is no one setting....when you install it, the room could be very bright with sunlight/room light, later it could be darker in the room. Leave all setting to auto except white balance and add just a barn door behind your photo booth for extra lighting. 300+ events doing it this way.

I had guests asking me to move the booth away so he can fit more people in 😢.

Oh they’re definitely going to ask, but that’s when we say as the experts that to get the best capture possible we can’t move the booth and that they can just crouch in just like the Photo Booth at the mall! It’s part of the fun! Present it that way and you won’t have issues. It should also be communicated and demonstrated prior to booking so that expectations are set
